This page explains what personal data this website collects, why I collect it, and what you can ask me to do with it. I collect very little, so it is short.
Who is responsible
This website is run by Alex Alvarez of Visable Marketing, based in the Philippines. I am responsible for the personal data described on this page. You can reach me at sayhi@makeitvisable.com.
What I collect and why
When you write to me through the contact form, I receive your name, email address, company and your message. I use them only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to prepare the project. I do not sell, rent or share this data for marketing, and I do not build profiles.
Legal basis
I process your details to reply to your enquiry and to take steps you ask for before a possible contract, as allowed under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
How long I keep it
Contact enquiries are kept for 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted.
Hosting
This site is built and hosted with Framer (Framer B.V., Amsterdam, the Netherlands), which also stores form submissions on my behalf.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It only relies on what is strictly necessary for the site to work. To see which pages are read, I use privacy-friendly analytics built into Framer. They count visits in aggregate, without identifying you or following you across other sites.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) you have the right to access the data I hold about you, have it corrected if it is wrong, have it erased, or object to how I use it. To use any of these rights, write to sayhi@makeitvisable.com. If you are not satisfied with my answer, you can file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date at the top.
