Approach
Growing from creative support into a broader partnership.
Our work began with video editing, focusing on turning raw footage into polished content ready to share. In the early months, I also supported client calls before transitioning into a more focused role managing social media and assisting with backend operations.
I took over social media management, helping maintain a consistent presence and supporting the brand's ongoing content needs. I also planned and ran Christmas giveaway campaigns to bring seasonal promotions to the audience.
Behind the scenes, I worked on optimizing Limitless Culture Coaching's GoHighLevel setup, supporting the systems and workflows used to manage its marketing activities. Alongside social media, I continued providing operational support where needed.
As the business's needs evolved, so did my role, growing from a specific creative service into ongoing support across multiple parts of the business.
Result
Limitless Culture Coaching gained a more integrated source of creative, social media, and operational support through an ongoing client partnership.
That partnership continues today, with Madi's own video testimonial offering a personal perspective on our experience working together.
The right partnership can grow beyond the original brief.
What began as video editing became an ongoing collaboration across content, social media, campaigns, and backend support. For Limitless Culture Coaching, the work reflects how creative services can evolve alongside a business, adapting to its needs over time.
